If we decide to work together, we'll continue with the official initial consultation. This first session lasts 90 minutes and lays the foundation for achieving your goals. Depending on your needs, you can book shorter follow-up sessions (à 45 minutes) whenever you like.

Pricing
I believe that everyone deserves access to personalized support when it comes to their health. That’s why I’m offering my coaching sessions on a pay-what-you want model. This means that you decide what to pay after our session(s), based your budget. Whether that’s a small amount, a generous one, or nothing at all — it’s entirely up to you:)
