About Me
Hello and welcome!
I'm Hannah, I'm a licensed nutritionist, fitness trainer, and Media Consultant gone solopreneur. I was born and currently live in Munich, Germany, but try to spend as much time as possible in my soul hometown, New York City.
Whether it's about health, nutrition, fitness, productivity, self development - I love to learn new things everyday and share what I've learned to help you become the healthiest version of yourself, inside and out.
I’ve always kinda been a health nut, but my passion for health and lifestyle medicine (aka using a healthy lifestyle to cope with and/or prevent diseases) grew even stronger after being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition called Reactive Arthritis (aka Reiter’s Syndrome). Along with that I was having some other health issues, including hormonal and mental health struggles. I started reading as much as I could about health and nutrition, particularly gut health. And in 2022 I changed my diet and did a so-called gut reset. After having been on immune suppressing medication for about eight years, I completely went off the meds (after consulting with my doctor, of course). Next to focusing on a gut-friendly diet, I since then have started to take better care of my sleep and my stress management. Through that, I was not only able to immensely improve my physical health, but also my mental wellbeing, energy levels, mood, and ability to focus. This incredible power of food, exercise, and lifestyle is something I now want to help others use to get and stay healthy, from head to toe, inside and out. To be able to do this (better), I got my certifications as a nutritionist (OTL) and as a fitness trainer (ASG).
When I’m not working with clients, on my blog, my YouTube channel, or on delevoping another app or side project, I love to take long walks, explore the city (whichever I’m currently in) with friends, try out the newest restaurants, pump some irons, sit on a bench and people-watch, or enjoy a night of Netflix.
Let’s be friends on Instagram where I share a bit more of my day-to-day life:)
